If you are just beginning in your journey to teach yoga, you would want to take the 200-hour yoga teacher training (we have now upgraded our 200 hour yoga teacher training to 250 hours, so you receive 50 extra hours!)

Are all your yoga certification programs online?
We do offer in person and hybrid trainings at our local studio. However, all of the trainings on this site are online, self-paced and offer simple online enrollment.

If I live in a different country than the US, can I enroll in your yoga certification programs?
Yes, many of our students and graduates are international. Our mission is to keep online yoga teacher training accessible, affordable and authentic. If you want to become a yoga teacher, we want to support you. You can become a yoga teacher from anywhere!

What system requirements do I need for your programs?
All you need is wifi and a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer. Our training is compatible with all devices.

If English isn't my first language, can I still enroll in your programs?
Yes, many of our students and graduates speak English as a second language.

What is the difference between a yoga course and a yoga teacher training?
Our yoga teacher training programs offer certifications at the end that allow you to teach yoga. Our yoga courses can be used to deepen your yoga practice or as continuing education for yoga teachers.

If I have a full-time job can I still take the yoga teacher training?
Yes. Our online yoga teacher training programs are self-paced. Many of our students and graduates have full-time jobs and work on the training when it best suits their schedules.

Our 300 hour yoga certification online (RYS-300) takes you beyond the mat. While you will learn plenty of accessible advanced yoga postures and accessibility options, the 300 hour online yoga certification is rich with sacred yoga philosophy. When you enroll in one of our online yoga teacher certification programs, you are joining an international community of yoga teachers and practitioners. We offer online support groups that are active daily for the students and graduates of our yoga certification programs.
You’re able to complete the yoga certification online at your own pace. You can take all the time that you’d like to move through the online yoga certification program. There are no time limits on your progress and you have lifelong access to the curriculum, so you can always log back into your yoga certification online dashboard for a refresher. There are no in person requirements and the entire yoga teacher certification program can be completed online from any device.
