Yoga Teacher Training Online Certification

More than satisfied! I finished last month. The certificate is issued from Steph's yoga studio and comes in the mail within 2 days, although I could download a computerized version instantly. I applied at a studio where I practice. I am now on the schedule 2 days a week. I also applied at the YMCA and picked up an evening yoga class. I wanted something fast and self-paced that also provided quality instruction and a level of support. I found that with this training. There are many choices. I also looked at a few other online programs. They all seemed pretty good but this one was right for me because it gave me the level of support I was looking for. I have spoken with the lead trainer numerous times, at length. I also connected with other trainees and we still chat about our experiences as new yoga teachers. It's more than "read the ebook" or "watch the video" because you get customized support for the issues that come up.

As a retired mother of adult children, I have been seeking purpose. It began with the yoga philosophy course and then led me to this teacher training. It has really helped me to deepen my own practice. I don't know if I will or won't teach yoga. It remains to be seen. I may try to start some chair yoga classes. I don't need the money but the business side of things was in depth and I feel like I have what I need to start my own business offering independent classes. I particularly enjoyed the chair and restorative elements of this training.

This first course has really helped me with Life on and off the mat. I have so many thanks and appreciation for the amount information that I have learned and can work through the rest of my existence here. I am beyond grateful for this program. Blessings to all

5 Stars. I am now teaching in a yoga studio, LA Fitness and a local college with this 200 Hour Certificate! This is the second 200 hour yoga teacher training online that I've taken and what sets it apart is the unparalleled support. I was able to text Steph, the lead instructor, on her personal cell phone at any time. She responded and helped me work through any stumbling blocks I came upon. In the other online training I took, I was on my own with the content. The training was truly self-paced and I was able to meet other trainees online in the support group. We all completed the training at different paces depending on our own life circumstances. I also like that the online support groups are ongoing. Long after completing the training, I will be able to log on any time and chat with other trainees or graduates for ideas, support or resources. I compared the course syllabus to Yoga Alliance's required 200 Hour Teacher Training content and it meets YA standards, although YA does not include online trainings in its directory right now. I also appreciate that the certificate comes from Steph's yoga studio and that I get a nice hard copy sent to me in the mail.
