All trainings are non-refundable. By completing a purchase and agreeing to these terms, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that all trainings are non-refundable under any circumstances, whether or not they are accessed, started, or completed. All payment plans must be honored in full, regardless of participation or completion status. The purchaser acknowledges that this is not a trial or experimental program. All trainings are intended for individuals committed to the process of learning, self-reflection, and growth.
Due to the nature, time commitment, and depth of the content shared, all online training programs, online courses, and online subscriptions are non-refundable in order to protect the intellectual property of Lifted Lotus Online Yoga School.
Additionally, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that any payment plan entered into constitutes a binding financial agreement and is not cancellable under any circumstances. All payment plans must be completed in full, regardless of usage, access, or completion of the training. The purchaser further agrees not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims with their financial institution based on non-use, dissatisfaction, or failure to complete the training. In the event of a failed or declined payment, the purchaser authorizes the payment processor to reattempt charges until payment is successfully collected. While payments are typically scheduled at 30-day intervals, failed payments may result in charges being processed at different intervals in order to recover outstanding balances. The purchaser acknowledges that the payment plan is not a subscription and cannot be paused, skipped, or canceled.
